Who organized?

"I'll be the guy standing at the front door of the church waiting to welcome you a direct you to our meeting room. I can't wait to meet you. You will find all of our members friendly and anxious to meet you. BRING SOMEONE WITH YOU.

Reformers Unanimous is an outreach to people who are addicted to anything from Behavioral Obsessions which are Obsessions with Sex, Gambling, Shopping, Internet, Sports, Exercise, Video games, etc. to Physiological Dependence which include drugs including: alcohol, narcotics. nicotine, amphetamines, etc.; and a prison ministry which is also the Reformers Unanimous ministry at a local prison
here in Chattanooga, TN. Both behavioral obsessions and physiological dependence fall under the category of addiction. We also are a discipleship ministry. Our meetings are open to everyone who desires a closer walk with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our Reformers Unanimous members are winning over their addictions. Gambling, alcohol, pornography, narcotics, obesity, and many more sins are being conquered through trust and reliance on Jesus Christ. As the words of the old song go,"bring your burdens to the Lord and LEAVE them there," many are doing just that. God is still saving the lost, still relieving sad and distressed people who have lost their way in life. As Adrian Rogers said, "Its always to early to quit, and its never to late to get started." So come on, we will help you get started on the road to victory. We have a great support team who are eager to console you and be your friend. What are you waiting for?
We have ten principles that we live by as well as every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
Here are the principles: 1. If God's against it , so am I. 2. Every sin has its origin in our hearts. 3. It is easier to keep the heart clean than to clean it after it has been defiled. 4. We cannot fight a fleshly appetite by indulging in it. 5. Small compromises lead to great disasters(otherwise known as little sins lead to big sins). 6. Those who do not love the Lord will not help us serve the Lord. 7. Our sinful habits do hurt those who are following us.8. It is not possible to fight a fleshly temptation with fleshly weapons. 9. We lose our freedom to choose when we give in to temptation. The consequences of our choices are inevitable, incalculable and up to God. 10.God balances guilt with blame. Accept the blame for your actions and God will remove the guilt. Addiction is Sin: Addiction defined, addiction is the compulsive need for and use of a habit-forming substance. Addiction can be further defined to include behavioural obsessions as well as physiological dependence.Behavioural Obsessions are (Obsessions with Sex, Gambling, Shopping, Internet, Sports, Exercise, Video games, etc.) And Physiological Dependence (includes alcohol, narcotics. nicotine, amphetamines, and more.) All fall under the term: Addiction
By following these principles and God's word (the bible) we can get our lives on the right track and keep them there. The greatest step you can take in your life is:1. Accept the fact that you are a sinner. Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 2. The payment for your sin is death. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. 3. The payment for your sins was paid in full. Romans 5:8 But God commendeth (demonstrated) His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.
4. Believe in Christ's death, burial, and resurrection and trust Him to save you from sin's penalty. John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name; 5. Call upon Him (in prayer) and God will answer. Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Now pray this prayer: Father, Thank You for the free gift of eternal life. I know that I am a sinner and I need your forgiveness. I am sorry for my past sins and I ask You to forgive me.
Jesus, I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and arose from the dead. I now open the door of my heart and invite You to come into my life. I know that there is nothing that I can do to earn my
salvation and I place my complete trust in You alone for eternal life. I choose to follow You as my Lord. Please make me the person me the person that You want
me to be. In Christ Name, Amen
One of the best habits I have ever acquired is reading a chapter in Proverbs every day. This book is filled with so much practicality for day-to-day living. The underlying meanings taught in this book prove as applicable today as the day they were first written. No matter your occupation or vocation, the truths
taught in Proverbs are intended by God to help us overcome every difficult circumstance in life... if, and only if you search out their underlying meanings. That is the purpose of a proverb.
Question: How do you motivate students to participate in the program?
Answer: We have created an awards based program, similar to the one God
created for those who obey Him. Awards are given for completing challenges and participating in activities and more..Join us!!

Do you love the Lord Jesus Christ? If you do some wonderful things are waiting for you. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

John 1 1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2The same was in the beginning with God. 3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. 6There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

    1) I do not know the depths of Jesus' love That brought Him down to earth from heaven above Nor why He bore the cross up Calvary And shed His precious blood so willingly 2) I do not know what pain He suffered there The burden of my sin and shame to bear It may be well to hide it all from me Lest my own heart should break in sympathy 3) I do not know what I can do, or say My debt of gratitude to Him to pay But I at least may cry, "O Christ Divine! Had I a thousand lives they should be Thine."
