Welcome, Winter Haven Addiction Sufferers!

Open and caring discussions for sex addicts or family or partners of sex addicts. Not necessarily aligned with the "12-step" model, this group meets to discuss progress, problems and coping plans in a non-structured, non-formulaic way. NOTE: at this time the sessions are not moderated by any kind of healthcare professional, but merely by fellow sufferers. As a result, this group would be a great additional resource for those already attending other meetings, as well as a great first step for those who are seeking help, but not yet ready to enter into structured, group therapy sessions. This is real people talking about real problems, and trying to come together to figure out real solutions. Attendees may be anonymous, and no one need adopt a "disease" model or "higher power" if they choose not to. Guest speakers may include therapists, fellow addicts, or book authors. No religious affiliation is required, and all are welcome, without any consideration to type of sex addiction, level of addiction, recovery status, career, sexual preference, religion, sex or education. A truly open and caring group; please bring an open mind and willingness to listen, if not share.
